Yes, we offer finance through a third party who will be able to get the best finance rates available.

There is a two year warranty on all machines.

James or a team member will be available to help you along the way whenever you need it.
This is very important at the start when you will have plenty of questions when using the equipment for the first time.
You can contact us whenever you need assistance.

Depending on stock levels and demand from other international distributors, it may take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to receive your machine from order. At the time of ordering, we can give you a more accurate timeframe.

The running costs are minimal for all of our equipment.
Cryoskin uses about $3 in gel per session and just electricity. NMS requires an outfit that the client wears (pants and top) which they reuse each session.
Les’ Spheres requires oils for the sessions which are minimal costs.
There are no ongoing costs to using your own machine like other companies impose on their clients. There is no recharge card or similar structure where you have to keep paying to perform sessions, that just sounds crazy to us.

Maintenance is very simple and is performed by you!
Cleaning the handpieces is the most important one.
You will be required to top up the coolant level on the Cryoskin machine from time to time, but this is very easy to do and you will be shown during training.
